Our goal is to provide you with canvases you’ll love for life. We’ll always fix or replace your wall art if there’s a problem with your order, no questions asked. We take our quality very seriously to ensure our products compliment your home! If there is anything wrong with your order we will make it right and reship you a new canvas.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Our headquarters is located in Chicago, USA. All of our canvases are made-to-order locally, depending on where you're ordering from. We automatically route your order to our closest facility to ensure your shipping times will be as quick as possible. By offering local fulfillment, we are also able to significantly reduce the carbon emissions associated with international shipping. We sell our products exclusively online.


HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer FREE standard shipping for purchases over $200 USD. For purchases under $200 USD, shipping is dynamically calculated at checkout. We try our best to keep shipping cost low.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Standard Processing Time: 1-2 Business Days
Standard Shipping Time: 2-4 Business Days 
Standard Total time: 3-6 Days

Simply put, it's a maximum shipping time of 6 business days for any order during typical times. During holiday times there may be delayed shipments. If we have address issues, we always reach out to customers for confirmation. Thus, in rare circumstances, it may take a few days longer.


CAN I HAVE MORE DETAILS ON THE CANVAS QUALITY?
• All of our canvases are handmade and made-to-order locally by professional canvas craftsmen.
• Each canvas uses 400gsm - a finely textured artist-grade cotton substrate which consistently produces image details with outstanding clarity.
• We use professional artist stretcher bars milled from the finest quality European kilndried knotless pine.
• A thin wooden float frame sits approximately 5mm from the edge of the canvas helping create a sophisticated floating border.
•Each canvas is produced using a 12 color giclée fine art printing process and hand finished by our extremely experienced canvas framing teams.
•All sets are made with mirrored edges and create corner tension to help resist warping.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you’d like to modify your order, please email us at hello@vybeinterior.com as soon as possible. If the order has not been printed, framed, or shipped yet, we will respond within 24 hours to confirm the changes. We are not able to modify orders that have already been printed, framed, or shipped.


I ONLY RECEIVED ONE PRODUCT, BUT I ORDERED MULTIPLE. WHERE ARE THE REST?
Sometimes our products are shipped separately to optimize the time it’ll take to arrive at your door. Please check your tracking code to see when your other items will be arriving.


MY TRACKING SAYS THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT. 
Our packages are sent to the exact address given at checkout. If you’ve waited 1-2 days, checked your mailbox and front porch, please contact your local post office as they may have misplaced your package.


HOW DO I RETURN MY PACKAGE?

We take our quality very seriously to ensure our products compliment your home! If you have received a damaged or defective canvas, please report this to customer service as soon as possible with a photo of the damaged canvas. If there is ever anything wrong with your canvas we will always make it right and reship you a new canvas.

Because every canvas is handmade-to-order, if your canvas has already been printed, framed, or shipped, we are not able to cancel or return your order. If you have a question, please email us at hello@vybeinterior.com.


EXCHANGES:
Because every canvas is handmade-to-order, we can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your canvas for the same item because your canvas is damaged, send us an email at hello@vybeinterior.com
